A message dated June 3, 1997, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 66(HES)                                                 
"An Act giving notice of and approving the entry into, and the                
issuance of certificates of participation in, a lease-purchase                 
agreement for a centralized public health laboratory facility."
